#Update from May 2nd

We return to production from April 27th, so all orders from April 15th will be produced and shipped. During in this time due covid-19, so international shipping may be delayed. We always work with logistics company to handle it. Please allow more time for us.

#Update from April 10th

Due to corona virus, we cannot continue to production and business activities. We are very sorry about this.

For orders placed before April 12th, we produce and ship them. For orders after April 12th if you wish to cancel, please contact us to discuss the cancellation. If you still want to keep your product, you can wait for us to come back on May 15th. We will then produce it and ship it to you.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Shipping fee: 

 -  $100.00 and up: Free shipping

 -  $0.00 – $99.99: 4.99 USD to US and 6.99 USD to others.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our processing time (In general we average 2-10 days so at times some will take longer than that.) 
*All Paypal pending need 10 days for verify and process.
*When it's the high peak of demand for logistics, it will be slower which we can not control.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don't receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
